, Inleiding
In dit verslag van methodisch werken wordt de oriëntatie, analyse en het plan van aanpak afgestemd
op YLS. Mijn stageplek is bij de RIBWGO in Hengelo, waar ik de functie als begeleidster heb. In dit
verslag heb ik als eerst de situatie van YLS in kaart gebracht. De situatie van YLS wordt overzichtelijk
gemaakt op de micro,- meso,- en macroniveau, waarbij het balansmodel van Bakker en het instrument
ecogram is gebruikt. De analyse wordt uitgewerkt en het instrument ecogram nogmaals besproken om
de situatie van YLS te visualiseren. Samen met YLS worden er hulpvragen geformuleerd en het plan
van aanpak op basis van drie niveaus beschreven. Deze is in samenwerking met YLS gemaakt,
waardoor het aansluit bij haar hulpvraag en wensen. Tot slot is ervoor gekozen dat de naam van de
cliënt is veranderd naar YLS, dit in verband met de veiligheid en privacy van de cliënt.
