There are a number of reasons why there is a Not Applicable
need for new employees. One reason is that
people retire from their job. Another reason is

weeks. In some of these cases the needs can be
covered internally for example when someone is
retiring like a hotel manager the assistant

require a new employee coming into the
business.

they will need to see if their job role will change
and may require an employee with new or
different skills from the previous employee. The

employee may also need to be able to speak
multiple languages so they can communicate
