Funeral Director - Answer Holds and embalmer license, fees paid, and the same as Embalming license
Crematory Operator Certificate - Answer Complete class authorized by the board, fees paid, complete
other requirements by the board.
Crematory Certificate - Answer Certificates must be renewed biennially on the first day of July, After
the first day of July 2003, all licensed crematories must have a certified crematory operator.
Licenses or Equivalent from another state to practice in WV - Answer 1. Good moral character
2. holds another states license after educational requirements and examination equivalent to those
required in this state
