,Introduction
To start my fitness programme, I considered 6 areas:
• Personal goals – To reach the fitness standards for the royal marine
• Lifestyle – Busy & stressed.
• Medical history – No known concerns.
• Physical activity – Little to none.
• Attitudes – Positive about exercise.
• Motivation – Motivated to make changes to fitness.
, Targets
• I have been fairly motivated to go to the gym between January and Mar
of 2018.
• Since march, however, I have been less motivated but now I want to get
back on track to improve my fitness.
• For this assignment, I am going to use the SMART technique to measure
progress.
• I am going to start my programme with achievable targets and my rewa
will be the increase in fitness levels.
• Currently I can run 2 miles without stopping and I weigh 8 stone.
• At the end of the six weeks I want to be able to run 5 miles and weigh
around 9 stone.
