Serial communication (RS232)
This is a type of serial communication transition. The good and bad about this
type of serial communication protocol .It’s supported by may devices, because
of it’s simplicity .Another benefit is that it’s immune t noise since +/-=5 volts
or more for binary logic. Also supports long distance up to 50 feet. Once
drawback is that it supports lower speeds over log distances. It’s only suitable
for system – system communication but not chip to chip to other devices
commutation, Another aspect is that it’s unbalanced transmission .
RS 422 aka TIA/EIA-422
This serial protocol can transfer a single byte of information over a serial link
having between 3 to 22 signals and running at speeds from 100 to 20k baud.
The link length can be up to 50 ft. RS422 The advantages of RS422 are that the
information is given in high rates. The higher speeds offered by RS422 is a
