1.1 - Identify specific methods of communication that may be used with
individuals with sensory loss that utilise hearing, vision and touch.
• Sight Loss
When speaking with an individual with sight loss, make sure you speak
clearly and at a decent pace, do not overload the individual with a quick
paced conversation as this can be confusing and may disorientate the
individual.
