Introduction



In this essay I will write about 6 key concepts about diversity going

into the aspect of each one, describing how it effects the public

services with examples. The benefits and consequences of these not

being implemented, I will also use previous case studies or past

times in history when these have been shown. These main points I

will be addressing are Integration, tolerance, multiculturalism,

rights and responsibilities, equal opportunities and positive action

on inclusion and corporate social responsibility.
