no-frills fitness clubs. A no-frills service or product is one for which the non-essentials features
have been removed to keep the price low. For a no-frills gym some features are:

1. No reception – things such as registration and bookings are all done online
2. No fitness classes – Some gyms do offer fitness classes at a supplementary cost on top
of regular membership fees
3. No café or relaxation rooms – drink and snacks are available through vending machines
in the gym
4. Most of the fitness machines are self-powered, rather than electrically powered thus
