Environmental law and Sustainable development
This essay
argues that implementation of environmental law is vigorously connected to sustainable
development around the whole world, moreover, it does emphasises that in some
countries in various sectors misapplication of resources, lack of coordination and poor
legislative application could be identified as some difficult points, that could lead to
failure despite the proper implementation of environmental law, as far as the sustainable
development is concerned.
