In this assignment I’m going to compare the effectiveness of
different teams in my class. In this part of unit 19 I’m going to
compare my team against another team in my class. I will talk
about how things were in other teams and my team. I will also
talk how my team was successful in our group activity. This will
all be done by some merging what happened from P6.
Effectiveness of the teams:
The members of my team all decided it’ll be fair to do a modest
discussion of who should be the team leader as doing a random
vote wouldn’t be effective for the group. Because that person
might not want to do it and they might be sluggish towards the
task’s being given. As we progressed with that decision we had
a good brief on the task and there was no conflict. Due to that
judgment I labelled my teams overall effectiveness a 4/5 on my
P6. Team effectiveness is the capability a team has to achieve
the goals or objectives managed by authorized personnel. To
make a team have good effectiveness the mains thing is to
have individual contributors their efforts and work toward a
common goal. Good teams don’t happen by accident; hard
work, commitment and some amount of struggle are usually
involved in creating successful teams. Team B which is my
team the effectiveness which we had was okay it wasn’t perfect
due to the fact that not every individual contributed the way we
would of like but our effectiveness was good. Also teams A
effectiveness was good simply because there team member
contributed towards all task and was committed to what was
happening.
Team building:
Compared to the other team we all welcoming towards each
over. This allowed for a very united group, which obviously led
to great ideas being thrown around. In P6 I outlined the team
building to be 5/5 because despite some lack of professionalism
