USE SENSIBLE.

In this task I will explain what cohesive team is. Building a
cohesive team will involve making sure that you have very
good staff. It also means having a good communication skill in
the team. This will make sure that the team understands what
they are doing and that is a good sense of leadership in the
organisation. In this assignment I’m going to do it threw Bruce
Tuckmans theories.

Dr Bruce Tuckman published his Forming Storming Norming
Performing model in 1965. He added a fifth stage, adjourning,
in the 1970s. The Forming Storming Norming Performing theory
is an elegant and helpful explanation of team development and
behaviour. Tuckman's model explains that as the team develops
maturity and ability, relationships establish, and the leader
changes leadership style. Beginning with a directing style,
moving through coaching, then participating, finishing
delegating and almost detached.

In order for teams to benefit from each over their going to need
all of these attributes:

Forming

Assess the ground rules/ Gather information about group goals:
In this stage, most team members are positive and polite.
Some are anxious, as they haven't fully understood what work
the team will do. Others are simply excited about the task
ahead.

Storming

Initiate conflict with other team members/find mutually
acceptable resolutions: Next, the team moves into the storming
phase, where people start to push against the boundaries
