, Introduction:
-In this assignment, I am going to be planning three different holidays based off
of three given scenarios and customer types. For each scenario, I will discuss
the dates and length of travel, transportation, accommodation, additional
products and services, full costing breakdown and a seven day itinerary.
Scenario 1-Honeymoon destinations:
At the travel agents, a customer approaches you and explains that they
want to book a honeymoon. They are wanting to depart within 7 days
of their wedding on the 22nd of May. They are wanting to go
somewhere warm and peaceful but with nearby facilities/amenities in
case they want to use them during their honeymoon.
Scenario 2- City Break Holiday:
At the travel agents, a group of friends come in wanting to book a city
break in Europe for the May Bank Holiday weekend. They want to
depart on Friday and returning on the Monday. They want to go
somewhere with loads to see, things to do during the day, and a good
nightlife.
Scenario 3- Family Holiday:
At the travel agents, a family of 2 adults and 1 child (age 9) come in
wanting to book an all-inclusive holiday in Europe for the last 2 weeks
in July. They want to depart on a Saturday. They want to go somewhere
with loads of facilities and amenities for both adults and children, with
a choice of places to eat, and they want to possibly go on excursions.

*As Mauritius is located in the Indian Ocean, the time it takes to travel from/to
the UK is around 11-12 hours. Because of the time of the flight, the couple will
arrive in Mauritius or the UK the next day.
