In this task I will be explaining the importance of identifying the training needs for Savers Plus
Company and for their employees.
It is vital for Savers Plus company to identify the training needs of their employees and find or design
an appropriate training programme, because it will lead to better performance. The workers will
develop skills that will benefit the company and lead to great performance at the workplace. For
example, the staff will do their job more effectively and will be performing their everyday duties in
more efficient way, benefiting the company and its image. Moreover, the productivity will be
increased when a suitable training is available for the staff. For example, when the skill gaps are
filled, the employees will be more productive which is an advantage for the company and the sales.
