,1.1 INTRODUCTION
For Term 4 of the International Creative Business study, we find ourselves as students in the
"production'' phase. Term 4 is called Behind The Scenes. And as for my individual and group
assignment, Inholland Lifestyle has been appointed as our client. Together we needed to assist
our client and create a video for the students of Inholland University of Applied Sciences, who
are our selected target group.
Throughout this assignment I will conduct research, I will define the problem at hand, establish
the feedback on our final AV product but also our own peer and individual reflection, I will code
my interviews and much more.
“The world is full of opportunities, but sometimes too much thinking can get in the way.
Changing your life for the better is about picking a destination and taking one step at a time to
get there. If you try to take shortcuts, you may actually end up making your journey longer and
more arduous. Getting serious about making improvements is a great start, and taking action is
the next important step” (Goldsmith, 2015).

, 1.2 PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
The Inholland Lifestyle initiative focuses on an accessible way of lifestyle intervention. They
know that they want to be on two major social media platforms: YouTube and Instagram. Their
vision and goal is to create content such as Instagram & Youtube videos to inform the students
about relaxation, movements, and eating habits to create awareness, to educate, and inspire
the students to live a healthy and productive lifestyle.
What inspired and motivated them to start with such a platform was because many students
have been struggling with their mental health due to the pandemic. But why is well-being
important everyday but also important during these difficult times? According to the Oxford
English Dictionary, wellbeing means “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.”
However, it is essential to realise that wellbeing is a much broader concept than we think it is. It
is also more than the concept of moment-to-moment happiness. While it does include
happiness, it also includes other things, such as how satisfied people are with their life as a
whole, their sense of purpose, and how in control they feel (What Is Wellbeing, How Can We
Measure It and How Can We Support, 2016). Speaking from experience I know after being
diagnosed with anxiety I know how difficult it can be for people like us during times like these. I
also met various people who started having trouble with their mental health due to all the
covid-19 protocols and restrictions. But nobody really sits back and evaluates how mental health
can affect our well being. However I know that nutrition, exercise and relaxation are important
elements that need to be taken into consideration for those who struggle and start struggling
with their mental health.
Together with my group, we needed to create a video for our client where we promote their new
platform and to inform the students the importance of all or one of the lifestyle topics such as;
nutrition, movement, and relaxation. And as a team we decided to pick all three topics.
1.3 RESEARCH QUESTION AND OBJECTIVES
The research objective of this module report is to create an artistic audiovisual instrument that
will inspire and encourage the students of Inholland University to use the platform anytime they
need any type of motivation, inspiration, or information about healthy wellbeing which includes;
nutrition, movements, and relaxation.
