Before reading
When I heared we needed to read The fault in our stars I liked it because I
already had seen the movie and I wanted to read the book already. I think
it was a very good movie but also very sad.

Chapter 1

Hazel is a sixteen year old girl who has cancer. In the winter her mother
decided she was depressed because she spent quite a lot time in her bed,
and read the dame boom over and over. Also she thought a lot about the
death. So her mother decided that she needs to go to a support group. But
Hazel thinks the support group is hell. In the support group are people that
have cancer or people who are cancer survivors. The leader always speaks
about Jesus, that they are sitting in Jesus' hart. But Hazel hates it when he
talks about it. She simply hates almost everything on support group. So she
tried to convince her mom to leave support group. But her mom says that she
needs to get out of the house and that she needs to make Some friends. So
she goes to make her parents happy. But on a day at support group there's a

, boy storing at Hazel. She doesn't likes it so she stares back at the boy. She
made it a staring contest. But after a small time the boy doesn't stare
anymore an Hazel is glad about that. Than Isaac (a friend of Hazel from the
support group) needs to tell his story and he names the boy that was staring
to Hazel his friend Augustus. A few minutes later Augustus needs to tell his
story. He's at support group on Isaac's request. At the end of support group
Augustus walked to Hazel and asked: 'what's your name?' Hazel answered:
'Hazel.' And Augustus asked: 'no your full name?' Hazel answered: 'Hazel
Grace Lancaster.' Then Augustus asked Hazel is she wants to see a movie
with him at his house. While they are waiting for Hazels mom they talk. First
Hazel didn't want to watch a movie but when her mom arrives she says that
she is going to watch a movie with Augustus.

Chapter 2

Hazel went with Augustus to Augustus' house. Augustus drives, but he is not a
very good driver. He failed three times at the driving test but because he is a
Cancer Perk he got his driving licence. While the way to home they talk about
school. Augustus is a sophomore and Hazel's parents took her from school
three hears ago. She told her outline of her disease: diagnosed with Stage 4
thyrsus cancer when she was thirteen. But when she was fourteen her lungs
started to film with water. The thought she was dying. But on a day the
antibiotics started to work.
When they arrived home Augustus introduced Hazel. His parents call
Augustus Gus. Gus shows Hazel the basement. There are a lot of basketball
thropies. He used to play basketball but on a day he realized that you do the
same thing over and over so he stopped playing basketball. Then Gus asks
Hazel what her hobbies are. She tells him that she likes to read and tells HIM
what's her favourite book. He makes her a promise that he will read that book
if she reads his favourite book. When Hazel drives home with Guss, he plays
songs for her that he likes. He asks Hazel if he may see her again and she
says she wants to.

Chapter 3

That night Hazel stays up pretty late because she reads the book. The next
morning her mom wakes her up and she is surprises about that. Her mom
reminds her that she needs to go to college. Then her mom sees the book.
She asks if it's from Gus and Hazel tells her it is. Also it was her half birthday.
That afternoon Hazel goes stopping with a friend. First they talk about school
and how life is going, but then they go shop. They went to a shoe store.
Hazel's friend chose some flipflops for Hazel. After a long time her friend also
found three pairs of shoes. Hazel says that she's tired and her friend goes
