Dit project is tot stand gekomen nadat wij de opdracht hebben gekregen om
onderzoek te doen naar het contactcenter Triple Tree. Voordat we aan deze
opdracht zijn begonnen met ons groepje, namelijk …., hebben we met de
gehele klas de kans gehad een bedrijfsbezoek te doen aan Triple Tree. Tijdens
