My team has been recruited by a software development company as a trainee
project managers and have been asked to manage a software development project.
We will be working alongside Aslan Sixth Form College when developing the
software solution. The software solution that will be created is a library catalogue
system, which will be an improvement over the previous system in place.
Furthermore, me and my team will be doing this by researching and evaluating two
workable solutions to solve the IT problems. We will also be identifying and
evaluating the project risks and constraints and suggesting viable solutions to control
these risks. After that we will be creating a feasibility study of the hardware and
software needed for these solutions and how much it will cost for the library to
implement.
