- Being able to perform 5 strength eXercises at 45% of 1RM and comply with 4 of the 4 points of attention.

Cognitive (knowledge / learning goals):
- The Customer can name all the important points of attention for the 5 strength eXercises performed and understands which
eXercise targets what muscles
- Being able to tell which exercise is for what purpose

Social (sense):
- In 4 weeks, the customer will give a mark of 8 for his mental state and a mark of 8 for the fitness
activity.
- The customer must train twice a week for the next 4 weeks.

Training goal long-term Goal - Goal(s) for over 16 weeks (SMART)
Motoric (physically):
- Lose 10kg of bodyweight
- Being able to train 45 min. on the treadmill with a HR of 75%
- Being able to perform 8 strength eXercises at 75% of 1RM and comply with 4 of the 4 points of attention.

Cognitive (knowledge / learning goals):
- The customer can name all the important points of the 8th strength exercises and understands which exercises targets what
muscles.

Social (sense):
- In 16 weeks, the customer will give a mark of 9,5 for his mental state and a mark of 9,5 for the fitness
activity.

INITIAL SITUATION X DESCRIPTION + CONSEQUENCES FOR THE TRAINER

Motoric: Age: 28
Weight: 85kg.
Sport history: The customer has done little eXercise in the past and barely has any eXperience with fitness therefore
does not have a good motor level in terms of cardio / strength training because he does not have much eXperience, so I will
have to eXplain everything very well to the customer about how to eat and train.

Physical condition: The customer has not done much cardio / strength training in the past but has worked on a farm when he
was kid so has some basic level of conditioning but that was over 15 years ago.

Consequences for the trainer and the training sessions: This means that I have to build the program according to intensity calmly,
to avoid injuries.

Cognitive: Knowledge considering fitness: The customer has virtually no prior knowledge in the field of cardio/strength training (for eXample,
he does not know well which movement to make with the dumbbell to perform the eXercise properly) and nutrition, so I will have to
eXplain everything to the customer well and ask him to do so. support to ensure that the process is successful. He is very enthusiastic
himself and is looking forward to lowering his fat percentage and getting stronger, the motivation is high!


Socially - affective: Social / mental initial situation: Because I do not know the customer, there is not yet a good relationship of trust and it is very
difficult for him to have an open attitude towards me and to ask questions if he does not know something. The customer finds it
difficult to start with cardio/strength training because the customer has almost no knowledge of it. He is very motivated to lose

Sport history: I’ve been doing sports the past 7 years, Specifically calisthenics/weightlifting and from time to time some cardio like
swimming/cycling.
Physical condition: Because I already train for several years my physical condition is very good. I have no injuries.
Consequences for the trainer and the training sessions: As a result I can show the customer all the exercises without any
problems.

Cognitive: Knowledge considering fitness: Two months ago I started the Fitness trainer A course. I already have done strength/cardio training
for he past 7 years and I've also taken a few other courses regarding biomechanics/anatomy and training related studies.
Consequences for the trainer and the training sessions: This allows me to technically explain all the eXercises from the
training schedule.

Socially - affec1ve: Social / mental initial situation: The contact between the customer and me is professional. I feel good about myself and I am
very motivated.
Consequence: This also allows me to motivate the customer and help them achieve their goals.

General: Particularies: We train at 11:00AM and it can be busy in the gym. We may not be able to do all the eXercises in the correct order. I
will tell the customer this so that the customer knows that this is normally not the correct order.

Materials: Pull up bar, matress, 3 strength devices, Dumbbells, Barbell, 2 cardio devices.
