Motoric: Age: Between 20-30 years old
Weights: 70-80kg
Sport history: The customers have been training for over 6 months and they have done a combination of callisthenics &
weight training.
Physical condition: The customers are of a young age, quite active & they have trained in the past so they have intermediate
level of fitness.
Consequences for the trainer and the training sessions: This means that I have to make the workout challenging according to
their level.
Cognitive: Knowledge considering fitness: The customer have already some experience with strength training & have done some of the
exercises already on their own, but there also some which are unfamiliar.
Socially - affec1ve: Social / mental initial situation: Because Its our first group training session together, the customers feel a little bit nervous and do
not know what to expect
Consequence: I have to put the customers at ease & demonstrate all the exercises before hand so I make sure that they understand
& can perform everything correctly without feeling intimidated
