First I would consider the organizational needs and goals to make sure the training will move our organization in the proper direction. Finally I would ask our new employees to answer some questions both verbally and in written form to determine what knowledge and skills they already possess and ensure the training covers new ground. I need to be certain to offer real growth opportunities and make sure the training does not become a source of frustration. I will also likely pick up some ideas that our current work force did not bring to the table and can integrate them into training for our existing agents.
