Prague
Accessibility
Prague is located in the Czech Republic, it is the capital city for Czech Republic and is accessible by
flight, and flights go quite regularly from major airports like London Heathrow and the flight time is
only 2 hours. Once you arrive in Vaclav Havel Airport Prague the city is a 50 minute drive away and
you can travel by taxi or shuttle bus. This shows Prague to very accessible with a journey time of
under 3 hours from London.
Climate
The climate of Prague varies, there is a seasonal variation for the temperature because the average
temperature for December is 0°C and the temperature for July is 18°C. The hours of sunshine also
vary in the summer and winter months as there is an average of around 8 hrs sunshine from May to
august however in the winter months there is only about 2hrs of sunshine. There is precipitation
throughout the year with the highest levels from May to August with over 60mm in the form of rain,
there is light but frequent snow in the summer.

Attractions
Prague is a location with many attractions, one of the built attractions in Prague is the Municipal
House. Bohemian Kings used to rule the countryside from this art nouveau classic where operas and
plays are now held, this type of attraction is suitable for people like elderly couples who enjoy
watching opera. Another built attraction is the St. Vitus Cathedral which is one of the most richly
endowed churches in Europe and serves a seat to the Archbishop of Prague. This attraction will be
suitable for visitors who are interested in history culture and religion, this could be suitable for an
