+ obturator sign - acute appendicitis



Bactrim - treatment of choice for UTI in children



Beta thalassemia minor considered - microcytic anemia



BG for 4y/o - goal of 90-130



Cardiac syncope - causes: bradycardia, tachycardia, hypotension, exercise triggered. Palpitations.
Residual findings: incontinence, disorientation, or injury.
