2. Retract slide and lock to rear by pressing up on slide catch lever.
3. Visually inspect ejection port, chamber, and bore. Remove any obstructions.
4. Insert another loaded magazine.

slide.
6. Acquire target and attempt to fire pistol.
7. If pistol still fails to fire after applying immediate action, a detailed
inspection should be made to determine the possible cause of the stoppage. If
the cause cannot be determined by the operator, the pistol should be
evacuated to the Maintainer.

remove magazine
2. Retract slide and eject cartridge immediately.
3. If cartridge cannot be removed within 10 seconds, wait at least 15 minutes
with pistol pointing in a safe direction.
4. After 15 minutes, pull slide rearward and attempt to remove cartridge.
