employed by an NGO. This NGO is the only organisation

admitted to the local hospital with internal burn injuries Doctors
are busy with the infant. If the infant survives, she will have a
tube implanted to be fed. This will be because of the severity of
the injuries. The mother of the baby gave her poison to drink.
The mother is 16 years old and resides with her mother. The
household also includes two other children, aged 7 and 9 years,
who do attend school. The social worker do give you the address
in the local township. How would you approach the case, in
your answer, identify the risks, recommend appropriate
interventions.
