The best choice of company for Homey to invest in is Microsoft. Both companies were
very close competitively, as both provided the world’s ‘go-to’ gaming systems and offer a
variety of luxury products for everyday use. Despite the various similarities between the
two companies, there are things you must consider when choosing which company to
invest in.
Microsoft’s values center on empowering every person on the planet to achieve more,
which means going beyond providing the products and services that allow their
customers to do great things. The company also focuses on being thoughtful about the
impact of our own business practices, policies, and investments in communities.
Microsoft’s organizational structure and culture sets guide a global company consisting
of thousands of employees. With thousands of employees Microsoft strives through the
strong leadership of Satya Nadella. Satya Nadella incorporates a singular vision for the
company in order for it to collaborate with cohesion.
Sony engages their CSR with innovation and with the single goal of realizing
sustainability following their corporate philosophy – For the Next Generations. Sony is
known for their trust, durability, and difference; their superior performance, competitive
ability, innovative approach makes sure the brand lies between luxury and affordability.
Sony’s constant restructuring have lead it to be a company with the vision of ‘One
Sony’. Adapting to survive has been name of the game for Sony as they have been
hurting in the electronic market in recent years. Sony has heavily relied on its console
division to carry out of turmoil.
