suggested inviting a guest speaker from the Department of Health, who could
provide insight into how businesses and individuals can contribute to reducing
cancer rates. This was considered a valuable addition to the event, as it would offer

Mr. Sello, representing the Student Representative Council (SRC), gave an update
on their preparations. The SRC had already started designing posters and flyers to
promote the event across all campuses. Students and staff would be required to
wear T-shirts representing the college colors, and entry tickets priced at R20 would
be sold as part of the fundraising effort. Additionally, pink ribbons would be
distributed to symbolize cancer awareness, and transportation logistics were being
arranged to ensure all campuses could attend the event.

Dr. Tau added that the college management had reserved funds to support the
campaign. These funds would cover the guest speaker’s fees, provide stalls for
