Lecture 1: Introduction● Artificial Intelligence: intelligence demonstrated by machines, in contrast to the natural
intelligence displayed by humans and animals.
○ Aim: mimic human cognitive functions
● AI is hot and happening:
○ Huge amounts of data are generated with the healthcare sector
