management supervise the work of the educator both directly and indirectly and undertake
action if necessary.
- Supporting services: secretary, accountant, administrative assistant, computer technical
service, maintenance and kitchen. The money of the residents and the money of the group is
given and controlled by the accountant. Each residential group deals with their own budget for
leisure and smaller acquisitions and with the personal budget of the residents, but the
accountant controls it. The computer technical service is contacted for any questions or
problems with the computers, phones and Internet of the institution. The maintenance is
contacted in case of problems with the different installations. The social workers of each
group order the food for the residents and themselves from the kitchen of the institution
through a computer system. They also order on a weekly basis the supply of breakfast
ingredients and supplementary provisions.
- Residential groups: there are seven residential groups in the institution. We can help each
other when needed, like supervising residents of another group when that group is in a
meeting. The residents and workers of the different groups also can share different moments
together for social purpose.
