The function of the endocrine systems are discussed first (thyroid, parathyroid, pancreatic hormones, adrenal hormones). Next to this, reproduction and the menstrual cycle are explained. Lastly some diseases are explained which are the result of an imbalance of hormone release (e.g. hyper/hypothyroidism)
