These pictures are of the hand written notes I have gained during online learning for Sel1032 dealing with data. That week we explored what it meant to conduct linguistic research and the steps that needed to he taken to gain data/process data. We explored what made a good theory and the challenges associated with studying English language.

These are photographs of my handwritten notes from 2020. These are the entire notes I managed to gain from online lessons for Sel1032 for "dealing with data", a module in my English Language course. These notes explore questions of what language variation and language change are. Similarly it explores ideas around dialects, phonics and why it's important to study language variation over time
