Constitutionalism
Why do central tenets of constitutionalism exist?
To prevent arbitrary, tyrannical, and absolute decision making. Also, to secure a balanced and legitimate
constitutional order.

Narrow vs Broad constitutions
There are two understandings of Constitution:
Formal/Narrow understanding
Functional/Broad/Substantive understanding
