0.1 Team agreements before starting work
You will have to carry out and present the work as a team. It is therefore important to make
clear and transparent agreements about the allocation of tasks within the team. Draw up a
short team contract, and make sure everyone in the team keeps to the contract. See each
other as work colleagues, not as friends. If any disputes arise within the team, the contract
might be very important. In particular, the contract should describe the measures that will be
taken if team members fail to attend lectures or workshops, do not make a sufficient
contribution, arrive late for meetings, or do not complete their work on time.

• If after the first warning they still do not participate, an email will be sent to the
teacher
• Everyone is in TEAMS on time
• If you cannot attend a meeting, inform the other group members beforehand
(preferably a day before)
• Everyone pulls their weight and the work should be of sufficient quality
• If someone does not attend multiple times, an email will be sent to the
teacher, who then will decide what happens
• All the work should be done before the deadline and in the week the
assignment is given

Noortje had to go to the general practitioner and mentioned this on forehand. Later that week
we called with each other and everyone contributed with making the assignment.


0.3 Evaluation
Just before the work is handed in: include a short evaluation by each person about the
course and the collaboration within the team (peer evaluation).
Half an A4 is the maximum.

Tessa van de Pol: I enjoyed this course more than I thought I would. The lectures and
workshops were very interesting! I believe everyone participated equally and we all did our
utmost to get the best result possible. I think everyone should receive the same grade for the
group part.

Thyra van de Schoor: I believe everyone participated wonderfully and we all worked hard
for this course. We all did our best during the workshops and attended all meetings. We
worked on this report as a group, so I believe we all should receive the same grade for the
group part.

Indra Eisma: I think that the assignment was interesting. The research about Sziget and
their social media platforms was a good way to learn more about targeting, advertising and
making a good questionnaire. However, I do think that the assignment was too much work. A
lot of time was spent on all assignments. The assignments we had to finish during the
workshops were very long as well. I believe the group worked together very well. The tasks
were divided and everyone did their part. Every group member was participated in the group
meetings as well. I think it would be fair if every group member receives the same grade.

Noortje van Campenhout: I think everyone participated in a good way in this group on the
assignment. We have been working on the assignment during the workshops, but we have
also met besides the workshops and I think everyone really did their best to attend every
meeting as good as possible and to really collaborate in a good way for the assignment. In
my opinion it would be fair for the group part to receive the same grade.
