Create New Business (CITM3.CNB-01)

This document includes all lectures, workshops and seminars given for the course of CNB at the BUAS/NHTV. In addition, this document also includes 6 interviews that had to be done for the course in order to preserve or pivot the LEAN and Business Model Canvas.

This essay was submitted for the exam of Create New Business at the BUAS/NHTV and includes the findings on our business idea. These results have been put in a LEAN canvas as well as a Business Canvas which have been pivoted and preserved once every 6 weeks. Therefore, the improvements can clearly be seen.

This process report describes all the methods that need to be used in order to create a new potential business for the course CNB at NHTV/BUAS. This includes: Business Model Canvas (BMC), Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Lean Canvas, qualitative research, etc.
