This is an extensive summary that contains all lectures, quizes, and articles. The average exam grade was a 6.2 and for this course I have managed to get a 7.1 by studing this summary.

Full summary of all lectures and guest lectures & includes lecture notes. In addition, also the mandatory paper outputs (tables and figures) are explained.

The documents includes chapter 7 of the course ecology, epidemiology and control of infectious diseases taught by prof. Leirs. The document does not contain the exercises, as these were made in an excel document.
