In dit document (nieuwste versie augustus 2024) neem ik je stapsgewijs door theorie en praktijk van het examengericht wijn proeven. We beginnen met een theoretische uiteenzetting. Vervolgens geven de kenmerken van bekende druivenrassen en de verschillen tussen regio's en terroirs je veel steun. Ook mijn tabellen met kenmerken van vele mousserende en versterkte wijnen helpen je te slagen voor je examen. Met dit document kom je goed beslagen ten ijs.

Ik beschrijf de 352 meestvoorkomende druivenrassen voor wijnbouw op ontstaan, kenmerken van druif en wijn. Inclusief vele wetenswaardigheden. Een must voor iedereen die beroepsmatig met wijn bezig is, en onmisbaar voor iedereen die een wijnopleiding volgt. Een mooi naslagwerk voor de vinoloog, Dit is de nieuwste versie van het boek uit najaar 2023.
