the requirements. to analyze the organizational business documents, processes, systems, business model and overseeing the integration of
new technology among others. Which will help to improve the above mentioned through data analysis both Business and System analyst
deal with the processes within the organization, some effect they're distinctive of their functions. Business analysts more focused on the
business ‘s objectives and changes while system analysts focus on the creation and implementation of the requirements specified for
systems, more especially on the technical perspective.

As per the current ZAR-Bank home loan application process, it highly recommended that strategic analysis is done as part of the process
analysis to improve the current application process. Given the fact the are issues with operational order, manual intervention, processing
bottlenecks and task repetition, the analytical function which is located off-site on the contractor’s Laptop which obligate POPIA Act, the
interfaces of different located systems, where each system has its workflow component and data management to be gone through. work is
piling up in the work queues due to a sending back and forth for decisions. Supervisors refuse to report the situation to executive
management in fear of reprimand; trying to clear queues by committing staff to overtime. This situation impacts not only the cost and time
but causes reputational risk with customers due to prolonged decision‐making time. hence, the operational order is required to be enhanced
at the application process level, where all the systems require a system integration to the extent that all the systems should be accessed in
one centralized system.which will eliminate the processing bottleneck, over time and cost to the company.
The system should be structured in a way that, automatically shows the applicant all the requirements required for a loan application, allow
the applicant to complete the online form, upload the required supporting document, apply and then received an SMS notification with the
reference number. Then the system notifies the banker to captures the financial information and validates the required support documents
evaluation, then the system notifies the analytical function ‘ s supervisor for approval, then the System continue hand with all required
supervisors, upon approval system must notify the banker and sent a detailed SMS to inform the applicant his\ her loans have been
successful and when it be accessible within which hours.

As per the system technical requirements, you are required to diagnose the current systems' technical compatibility of all our current
systems to intergrade into one central system. Therefore, you are required to determine what are the impact of centralizing the database
servers, the issues around that process and possible solutions. Considering that issues you should study the system to determine the root
causes. Upon findings, we should come up with the plan in regards to improving the situation that seeks to improve the number of the
current type of reports and reduce the list of issues of problems encountered. Thereafter we have to investigate the values, beliefs, and
priorities of our customers, Investors and ours as a bank to meet the most important perspective amongst others when those are identified
and listed then we have to identify the most major and possible opportunities for business change by pre-analyzing the different findings in
which will seek the analyzed to perform the gap analyses. Which will conclude the evaluation process? Then see to it that most possible
range of potential changes is grouped into packages which will form a shortlist of improvement actions to form business options that will
assist to define the system requirement for the intended system. After all the steps went through you are required to produce system

Given the current problems experienced an Interview would be the first approach to the bank’s home loan division to establish their daily
work, their problems, and the issues that they encounter daily. Acquiring different views of Users and Managers as well as they work
situation will assist in discovering different perspective and objective of the stakeholders and mostly the type of changes they desire and
believe that it would ease their daily challenges.
Conducting workshops with the stakeholder to gain a broader view of understanding the issues and problems of the stakeholders, which
will assist in increasing the speed of productivity in less time since the stakeholders are involved in the decision making and they take
ownership of the changes proposed or made. For as long as they feel that their concerns and views are listened to and respected even if
there are challenges that lead to working overtime, the will voluntarily do so, therefore the productivity of the bank’s loan division will
produce positive results.
Designing a business model for the Bank’s loan division is most crucial to the stakeholders in such a way that it would help to identify current
gaps, which may determine if the recruitment process should undertake or development of highly skilled staff. Allowing the introduction of
customer-focused processes and assist in the monitoring of customer satisfaction level as per each application. this will also assist in applying
and strengthen that the bank’s loan division has on the customers in which is to keep their customers happy and satisfied at all times, as far
the swot analyses is concerned and by doing so it also increases the interest rate.

The customer’s application process should be improved in such a way that the turnaround time of the loan application should be shorted
from the current 12 weeks to at least 2-3 weeks or lesser. Given the fact that a customer shouldn’t be kept waiting for long, the customer
should be given sight of their application progress rather than calling the bank. Customer Information System, Document Management
System, Value Analytics System, National Credit Act should be linked in a way that it be able to generate one summary report.in which it will
speed up the loan application for both the banker and the customer as all the required outcomes are stipulated on the report.
The bank official will no longer have to assess the requirements of an application for each applicant as the system will be equipped with that
capability. The scoring process in regards to terms of affordability as per application will be catered for, Credit and property assessment
