1. Learning mediator
Teachers will facilitate lessons in a way that is sensitive to diversity in the
classroom. A teacher will construct a creative and inspirational learning
environment that is appropriate for the learners. Lessons and communication

the following day and made copies of the worksheet for each learner.

Leader, administrator and manager
The teacher will manage the classroom and decide on the appropriate level of
learning dependent on the student capabilities. The teacher will carry out
administrative tasks effectively and will participate in school structures such as
decision making. The teacher will perform these tasks in a democratic, respectful
and supportive way taking in regard constant changes in circumstances and
needs within the school.
