Voor u ligt mijn module opdracht ter afronding van de module Management accounting, welke
onderdeel is van de HBO Bachelor Bedrijfseconomie.
Dit is mijn moduleopdracht voor de module management accounting. Door middel van deze
moduleopdracht wil ik aantonen dat ik de hieronder vermelde algemene leerdoelen beheers:
1. de toegevoegde waarde van management accounting binnen je organisatie uitleggen;
2. analyseren op welke wijze management accounting een bijdrage levert aan planning,
control en besluitvorming;
3. kostenbegrippen toepassen in kostprijscalculaties;
4. een investeringsanalyse uitvoeren;
5. de planning & control cyclus binnen organisaties analyseren;
6. de verschillende aspecten van budgettering toepassen;
7. adviseren over de inzet van managementaccounting ter realisatie van de
bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
