Encourage an ethis of respect by being a model of coursety, but do not tollerate any
disrespect that any child may show towards an adult
You shoukd motivate the children and make it clear by requiring each one to do their best
so that they can know they are in school to learn subject matter and standards of a decent
behavior.
By being prepared you should model self-control, self-discipline and conscientiousness. Be
punctual, not wasting time and demanding hard work from each other.
Insist on correctness, with considering to the science learnt and also to matter such as
spelling and grammar. It disciplines the mind and also inculates humility, responsibility and
sel-discipline.
*Misbehavior and disobedience should be punished fairly and consistenly. Children must
learn that a civilised, democratic society can only exist within a system of prohibitions,
adjustication and punishment.

* The foods that contains carbohydrates includes pasta, patatoes, cereal, porridge and bread.
B = Fats and oils
* The fats are stored arounf organs like the kidneys to protects us from any injury
* the fats are also stored under the skin to keep us warm.
* If there is a shortage of carbohydrates it can be used as a reserved enery.
* The foods that contain Fats inludes butter, margarine, sardines, cooking oils, nuts and peanut
butter etc.
C = Protiens
* The protiens are the building blocks for our bodies.
* They help to repair any hurt or broken tissue.
* If there is a shortage of carbohydrates it can also be used to reserve some energy.
