Thames Valley, Sussex and Surrey Police's software could be scrapped
The police wanted a system to help save money and recruit people easily, but the project failed after
four years of development.

From what I could gather, the system had too many goals to achieve, so the police kept throwing
money at it and hoped it would make it work but it didn’t.

The project went wrong because it was not telling them what they want it too. I think this is because
instead of having one, clear goal to achieve, it had many goals and the police had too much faith in
the system too deliver on these goals.

Online farm payment system abandoned after 'performance problems'
A website to work out farmers pay failed due to the amount of difficulty to complete it compared to
the paper version.

Farmers have had problems with the system for a long time, they’ve tried to use it for months but
it’s that difficult too use, they can’t adapt to it The people that made the system are revising it too
improve it.

The system went wrong because on the lack of information provided to the user and the people,
they went to talk too to get some help didn’t know how to help them, so it just left them frustrated.
The paper version took them hours to complete but the online version too days.
