Consumers and investors are concerned about the expected value and the variability of uncertain outcomes. EXPECTED VALUE : is a measure of the central tendency of the values of risky outcomes. RISK NEUTRAL : Person who is indifferent between a risky investment and the certain receipt of the expected return on that investment is risk neutral.
