a.) Management (4)
b.) Leadership (3)
c.) Governance (3)
a.) Management refers to the art of achieving goals through people. Managers are

managers are expected to ensure greater productivity. For example a school manager
or principle is appointed to make sure that the school runs effectively.
b.) Leadership refers to the process by which an individual influences others to accomplish
or achieve an objective and directs a group or organisation in a way that it makes it
more cohesive. For example, leadership includes organizing a study group and/or
spotting a problem at work and finding a solution for it.
c.) Governance refers to determining the policy and rules by which the school is to be
organised and includes ensuring that such rules and policies are carried out
