This research project is a comparative study of the advantages and disadvantages of
using Makaton in schools. Makaton is the language programme for supporting
speech, language and communication skills. Overall, this study intends to carry out
my own research to get different views and opinions of Makaton. While also looking
at relevant literature which supports my research question and my own personal
research carried out.
