of research in psychology and apply our findings to
help address human and organizational problems

What is research?
- The systematic investigation into, and study of
materials and sources to establish facts and reach
new conclusions

- Quantitative approach

Quantitative – numerical data (Questionnaires, analyze
responses) e.g., Average, mode.
Qualitative – textural data (observations, interviews,
focus groups)
