trustworthy in schools to be accountable for the finance. PCL will support
governance in schools, because PCL has a characteristic that indicates that there
must be mutual trust and respect, schools and teachers must speak about their
problems. PCL will improve financial accountability in schools because teachers will
be able to work with each other and develop and discuss best practices. Teachers
will be able to talk about problems and give feedback and opinions about different
matters. This therefore allows teamwork and transparency amount the teachers. PCL
will even ensure that each province/ school has the same vision and objectives, so all
schools are equally treated. It will even improve governance in schools because PCL
role with the national level will allow them to invite best people to talk about local
and international PCL improvements. The subject based teacher organizations will
develop and select and share materials and resources that will be used within the
PCL and school, this will allow schools to have more learning devices and resources
to improve their education system. The PCL has an emphasize on teacher leadership
and even includes active involvement of the school which therefore benefits the
teacher and students. PCL will support learners by encouraging them to participate in
activities- active participation in the classroom, among fellow pupils or as a student
representative in a PLC will allow learners to communicate which will help to boost their
chances of academic results. Instruction to be tailored- instruction will be adjusted to meet
the needs of the diverse learners. Students will have the opportunity to broaden their
learning experiences. Teachers will provide the necessary tools to accommodate learners by
ensuring student learning is connected to the curriculum. When teachers work well in a PLC
- they develop the skills need to tackle issues regarding misconduct and bad behaviour they
can put together a set of strict rules and procedures that the learners need to a-bind by or
they must face these consequences, thus teaches learners to be more responsible and
aware of their actions. A PLC will guide teachers by allowing them to identify their purpose -
teachers need to know why they exist, what is required of them and how to fulfil that
responsibility. It is very important for teachers to understand their mission and work
fundamentally to achieve this. During PLC meeting teachers can discuss ways to make their
purpose effective on learners and get ideas from colleagues on how to improve their skills.
teacher should be relentlessly committed to the improvement of their goals; they must be
able to acknowledge that teacher behaviour is key to enhancing student learning. The team
effort of which everyone is responsible for the outcome, teachers must embrace the
