This paper consists of three (3) pages.

Instructions:

You have a maximum of (3 hours) to write portfolio essay type examination on 07 June 2023.

The question paper consists of four long essay type questions.

Answer ONLY TWO questions of your choice.

Please take note of the following:

1. You are allowed to access your prescribed works and study material. However, you are not
allowed to copy verbatim from your study material. You should write the answers in your own
words and provide in-text referencing when answering the questions.
2. Your answers will be checked for plagiarism. In the case of plagiarism or cheating, no mark
will be allocated and the necessary disciplinary action will be taken against you.
3. When numbering your responses, ensure that each answer corresponds to the number of the
question as it appears on the question paper.
4. Ensure that the answer file containing your responses is saved as a single file in PDF format
only. Do not encrypt the answer file with a security code.
5. Scanned pages must be saved as a single document and converted to PDF format, only.
(Refer to the ‘Student Guide on ‘How to Scan and Prepare handwritten Exams’). Before
scanning, ensure that all pages are numbered in the correct sequence. It is in your interest
to write neatly and legibly.
6. The examination answer file can only be submitted via the MyExams site on the Moodle
platform. Emails or scanning on the invigilator app will not be accepted as a form of
submission.
7. Please ensure that you check (‘sign’) the ‘Honesty Declaration’ text box. If you fail to do so,
you would not be able to upload your examination answer file.
8. Preview the file before uploading to ensure that you uploaded the correct file.
