2 Planning
According to Oxford Thesaurus dictionary (2017:1241) planning is design, layout,
blueprint, scheme, method, procedure, system, arrangement, programme, project,
formula, pattern and formal process of making decisions for the future of individuals
and organizations. This indicates making strategies and coming up with ideas on
meet the objectives in futures. Planning it is the first step in decision making which
lead to production and to maximize potential ability. It is then on educators to plan for
effective classroom management and work through it in order to reach their
objectives.
2.1 Positive atmosphere
Positive atmosphere it has to do with learning environment which teaching and
learning takes place effective. Therefore it is very important for teachers to plan
which teaching media will reinforce learner’s participation. The use of real media

, such models will accommodate visual learners and tactile learners, while auditory
learners will be reached through interaction. In that way learners will be able to
engage in learning and following throughout, as Rahman et al. (2010:97) classroom
management should be a common understanding between the teacher and the
students. For positive atmosphere it is necessary for environment of teaching and
learning to be interesting, in order for the learners to be able to engage in the lesson
as stateKorpershoek et al. (2014:11)that positive atmosphere is about creating
inviting and appealing environments for student learning. The reason behind inviting
and appealing environment is to promote effective teaching and learning. Effective
teaching and learning that will include appropriate interaction of teacher and learners
during the course of the lesson.
In some case for positive atmosphere to occur it is very important for the teacher to
monitor learner’s behavior on regular interval, notion being supported by
Korpershoeket al. (2014:11) to say teachers can use to help create such an
environment, ranging from activities to improveteacher-student relationships to set
rules to regulate student behavior. By regulating learners behavior this will ensures
that learners pay respect and have discipline to attend classes for example. In that
way they will be reinforced to do school work, and in that way the positive
environment eventually take place. It is high time that teachers should develop that
mindset of promoting positive atmosphere asSahin (2013:20)states that prospective
teachers think that learning environments partly suitable for the students
encouraging for reflection and discovering the conceptual structure. This will assist
learners to develop through their process of learning,
2.2 Managing learner participation
It is the responsibility of teachers to teach learners in school, therefore to teach
learners is also important to keep learners active during the lesson and learner’s
participation is to promote learner’s involvement and their contribution to teaching
and learning. The teacher can reinforce or promote learners to participate in
learning, in this manner during teaching and learning it crucial for teacher to use
simple language of learning in order for learners to understand. To ask questions
using different levels of bloom taxonomy ranging from simple to difficult. In that way
all learners will be able engage in a lesson. For teacher to enhance learner
