Postmodern literature is different to literature from earlier times. In a short

different. Mention at least three of postmodern literature’s features to support

Postmodern literature is a literary movement that eschews absolute meaning and
instead emphasizes play, fragmentation, metafiction, and intertextually.
Postmodernism is characterized by the self-conscious use of earlier styles and
conventions. The postmodern movement was a game-changer in literature last
century. Although modern storytelling began to break with tradition, postmodern
stories overturned ‘rules’ about genre, form and structure. Postmodern stories often
make reference to popular culture and Postmodern writers adopt many narrative

intermediate learners why a good plot is important to a story.
The plot of a work of fiction is its storyline, the ordered sequence of events that make
up the story. The plot shows readers what happens to the characters as well as the
characters' reactions to these occurrences and the complex consequences of their
actions. The plot is probably the most important thing about storytelling. Plotting your
story will help you make sure that all the pieces fit together in a logical way. The plot
is essential in any story, from fiction to nonfiction. The plot is the sequence of events
that make up a story, and it drives the action forward. Without the plot, readers would
have no direction or understanding of what's happening on the page
