conclude your summative assessment. Your competency to achieve the prescribed module
outcomes for RFP2601 will be demonstrated and assessed here.
Ensure that you complete the student information and details of a visit to a school form and
your declaration of academic honesty form. Make sure that your portfolio is presented with a
school stamp in the space (box) provided. For your convenience, a checklist and a
selfassessment sheet have been included.
You must visit a primary school (adhering to COVID-19 regulations) that is conveniently
located to complete question 2.5.1. Also, complete and attach Annexure 1 for question
3.5, as required, to the portfolio. Ensure that you complete and supply all the information that
is required in this portfolio. DO NOT write on the marker’s rubric or remove any pages from
the portfolio.
Ensure that you adhere to the due date and that your portfolio is submitted on time. Check
that you are submitting the CORRECT file. No marks will be awarded in the case of an
incorrect file upload. DO NOT password protect your assessment.
NOTE: The portfolio must be submitted ONLINE via myUnisa as a single file upload in
