Two Possible Solutions
The first solution is to place a tablet at each table so that diners can place their orders without a
server present. The order will be transmitted digitally to the computer so that the chefs may
examine it together with all the other orders. The consumer will receive their food once it has been
made. The benefit of this approach is that consumers will find it simpler to place their food orders
because they may do so at their tables. As a result, fewer waiters are required, saving Rodri's money.
The tablet could be destroyed or stolen with this technique, which is a drawback. If this occurs,
replacing it could be expensive for the company.

The second option is to provide each waiter with a tablet. To accept their order, the waiter would
approach a table. While the previous order is being digitally sent to the computer, where the chefs
can examine all the orders, the waiter could immediately go on to another table. The consumer will
receive their food once it has been made. The benefit of using this strategy is that the pills are safer
in the hands of the servers because they have received instruction on how to use them. Customers
would have to wait for a waiter to serve them, which is a drawback of this system.

The second option is the one that is most appropriate. Since the waiters would oversee the device's
security, I decided to go with the second option rather than the first. The first option allows clients to
order meals more quickly. The equipment is susceptible to theft and damage, which is a price that
must be paid. This could force Rodri to frequently purchase and replace the harmed gadgets, which
would be quite costly for the company. By limiting use of the gadgets to waiters only, the second
method lowers the cost. Because it won't be on the same table as the clients' drinks, this will lessen
the possibility of the device being damaged. The gadgets will be carried around by the waiters,
increasing the possibility that they will fall. In order to reduce the number of errors that occur, they
will receive instruction on how to handle them effectively. Rodri's will generate more revenue than
they did under their previous arrangement, and once they achieve commercial success, they may
easily change their operations to permit clients to place orders at their tables.

Feasibility Study
Description of Products and Services
Rodri wants a new, effective IT system to store and manage their data because their current one is
outdated. Once they have successfully changed their system, they intend to introduce a
computerised menu board for their clients, add technology to allow guests to order supper from
their tables, and update their website to incorporate online restaurant reservations. The company
would profit from the new system since it would enable them to service more consumers each day.
They gain from this since they can earn more money more quickly. The company would also gain
from it because of how quickly the chefs receive orders.

Once the customer has completed ordering, there is very little time between them hitting the order
button and the chefs beginning to cook it, unlike when a waiter writes down the order and walks to
the chef. This eliminates the requirement for someone to carry a written request to the kitchen
where the writing may be difficult to see, or the paper may go misplaced. Customers would profit
from this new method since it would allow them to place orders without getting up from their
tables. Customers would be more likely to visit the restaurant because of the new feature because
they would not have to wait for a waiter to take their order—they could place their order as soon as
they were seated. The ability to order food online is the next perk for the clients. This is a huge
